The staff at the service centers are specially trained to take a proactive approach to customer service – a strategy where every employee from the receptionists to the technicians is required to anticipate customers’ needs and to be devoted to providing quality service at an affordable price. The service center carries one of the most comprehensive stocks of genuine spare parts to sell to other dealers & distributors and to be able to minimize response time and support the thousands of branded items sold annually by the company.

The service centers has over 200 employees, of which 100 are engineers or technicians, 43 vehicles for collecting and delivering products, and 4,000 square meters of space for product adjustment or repair and storage of spare parts.
